I spent two weeks in Glacier National Park in August/September. Awesomely beautiful place a LONG way from here. Visually very different from my frequent red rock haunts, mostly because of the color of the rock. I have a couple of works in progress from there. Of course, I stopped in Great Falls and Helena Montana to see the Charlie Russell works. Then spent a week or so in the Uintah Mountains. All in all, a rather lovely business-of-painting trip.
I am very pleased to announce that my work is now handled by Authentique Gallery, 173 North Main St., St. George, Utah 84770 435-313-5008. I have disassociated myself from the Sonata Gallery. Send me Email here if you are interested in a piece not carried by Authentique Gallery.
My painting "First Breath, Yellowstone" is touring with the Utah Watercolor Society and Utah Arts Councils traveling exhibition this year. For the current location see http://arts.utah.gov/area interest/visual arts/tep/exhibits/watercolorsociety09.html
I've added an online gallery to sell framed and unframed prints and greeting cards of my work. www.imagekind.com When you get there search for my name and see what I have available. If you see something here that you want ask:
